Gugulethu Sofia Mbatha more known by her stage and screen names Gugu Mbatha Raw. Her popularity grew for her role in the BBC science fiction TV series Doctor Who. Gugu earned a significant amount of acclaim for her performance as Tish Jones, who was the younger sister of the major character Martha Jones, in the show. People loved her joyous energy and spontaneity, and there was no stopping Gugu to have a promising career in acting! She's also been in other British stage and television productions. Chelsea Joy Handler was born on the 25th of February 75th, 1975, in Livingston, New Jersey. She was the youngest of six children within the family. Handler was the child of a salesman as well as a domestic worker. Her mother was an German Immigrant, who immigrated to America in the year 1958. United States in 1958. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in the year 1989. She died after battling cancer for 10 years. Her father was Jewish and she was raised to Reform Judaism. Handler was blessed with a joyful, healthy childhood living in a safe neighborhood. As she entered her twenties she moved into Los Angeles in order to explore acting. Handler started performing in order to make cash. Handler started doing stand-up comedian full-time when she was 21. She had discovered that she is gifted at telling stories. Her career began as an actress in the cast that included all females on the Oxygen channel's reality TV series Girls who behave poorly. It was comprised of hidden cameras and practical comedy. The show was on the air from 2002 until 2005. Handler then started appearing in several other shows like Weekends at the D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler was a part of The Tonight Show for a time as a reporter. Handler's big break occurred in 2006, when she began hosting her show on E! Named The Chelsea Handler show. The show ran for 2 seasons. Handler continued her stand-up career by performing in the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour and within the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend (and HBO) have broadcast her live stand-ups. Her name was chosen as the host of The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in the year 2010. With this, she became only the second female to host the VMA's following Roseanne Barr.
